• Credit report data, credit monitoring login confirmations, and dispute-related documents
• Bank statements, voided checks, EIN letters, tax returns, business formation documents, and business financial details (for Business Funding, Business Credit, and Business Start-Up applicants)

Rental Applicant Information

• Driver's license, proof of insurance, and rental agreement details for Elite Private Rentals applicants

4. Credit Repair Client Data

If you are a credit repair client, additional protections apply to your data under CROA and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Your written contract and the "Consumer Credit File Rights" disclosure you receive at signup govern how your credit report data is used for dispute purposes. Access to your credit file information is limited to staff directly involved in preparing and submitting your disputes.
