Elite Private Rentals — Vehicle Rental Agreement

This Vehicle Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Elite Private Rentals LLC ("Company") and the undersigned renter ("Renter") for the rental of the vehicle indicated above. WHEREAS, Renter desires to rent a vehicle from Company for personal transportation use; WHEREAS, Company agrees to provide the vehicle under the terms of this Agreement; NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

Section 1: Eligibility & Territory

  • Renter must hold a valid Georgia driver's license and carry valid personal auto insurance.
  • Vehicle use is restricted to the State of Georgia only. Renter agrees not to take the vehicle outside Georgia at any time during the rental period.

Section 2: Fees & Payment

Renter agrees to pay a $200 security deposit prior to pickup, and a weekly rental payment of $325, billed automatically on a recurring weekly basis for the duration of the rental. The security deposit is separate from and in addition to weekly rental payments. Late weekly payments may result in a late fee and, at Company's discretion, suspension of rental privileges or vehicle recovery.

Section 3: No Smoking

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle at all times. Renter will be responsible for professional cleaning fees and any resulting damage if this policy is violated.

Section 4: GPS Monitoring Disclosure

Renter acknowledges and agrees that the vehicle is equipped with GPS tracking technology, and that Company may monitor the vehicle's location for purposes including recovery, safety, and verifying compliance with the Georgia-only travel restriction in Section 1.

Section 5: Mileage Policy

The vehicle is provided for personal transportation use within Georgia. Company reserves the right to monitor mileage and may charge a reasonable fee for excessive or commercial-level mileage inconsistent with personal use, as disclosed to Renter at pickup.

Section 6: Fuel Policy

Renter is responsible for all fuel costs during the rental period. The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level it had at pickup; a refueling fee will apply if it is not.

Section 7: Damage Responsibility

Renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle occurring during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear, except for damage covered by Renter's own insurance. Renter agrees to report any accident, damage, or mechanical issue to Company promptly.

Section 8: Vehicle Inspection & Return Condition

The vehicle will be inspected jointly by Renter and Company at pickup, and an inspection checklist will document its condition (exterior, interior, tires, mileage, fuel level) before keys are released. The same checklist will be used at return. Renter agrees to return the vehicle in substantially the same condition as at pickup, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

Section 9: No Guarantee / Disclaimers

Company provides the vehicle "as available" and does not guarantee a specific vehicle model beyond what is confirmed at booking. Company is not responsible for delays, losses, or inconvenience caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Section 10: Term & Cancellation

This Agreement remains in effect for as long as Renter retains possession of the vehicle and continues weekly payments. Renter may end the rental at any time by returning the vehicle in the condition described in Section 8 and settling any outstanding balance. Company may end this Agreement and recover the vehicle if Renter violates its terms, including missed payments, unauthorized travel outside Georgia, or smoking in the vehicle.

Section 11: Independent Parties

The relationship between Renter and Company is that of independent parties, and nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

Section 12: Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties.

Section 13: Electronic Signature Agreement

This Agreement may be executed electronically. Renter acknowledges that an electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. By signing electronically, Renter confirms that Renter has read, understands, and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
