Tradeline Placement Service Agreement

This Tradeline Placement Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Elite Approvals ("Company") and the undersigned client ("Client") for the purpose of coordinating an authorized-user tradeline placement. WHEREAS, Client desires to retain Company to identify and coordinate a suitable authorized-user tradeline placement; WHEREAS, Company agrees to provide such services under the terms of this Agreement; NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

Section 1: Scope of Services

  • Help Client identify authorized-user tradeline placement options suited to Client's credit profile and stated goals.
  • Coordinate, on Client's behalf, the placement of Client as an authorized user on a selected third-party account.
  • Provide Client with the expected reporting timeline communicated by the third-party account holder or provider for the selected placement.

Section 2: Fees & Payment

Client agrees to pay a starting price of $299, due at signing, as an initial deposit toward the selected placement. Final pricing depends on the specific tradeline selected (including the account's age, credit limit, and reporting cycle); Company will notify Client of the final confirmed price for the selected placement, and any balance beyond the initial amount paid is due before the placement is finalized.

Section 3: No Guarantee / Disclaimers

Company does not guarantee a specific credit score increase, that a placement will report to any particular credit bureau, or that a placement will remain on Client's credit report for any specific duration. Tradeline placements are provided through third-party account holders and are subject to those parties' own reporting practices and policies, which are outside Company's control. Client acknowledges that using tradeline placements to influence a lending decision may have consequences under applicable lending or consumer protection laws, and Client is solely responsible for how any placement is used.

Section 4: Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate identifying information required to complete the authorized-user placement.
  • Understand that authorized-user placements are typically temporary, commonly lasting one to three reporting cycles, and that effects on any individual credit report vary and cannot be predicted.

Section 5: Term & Cancellation

This is a one-time placement engagement. If Client cancels before Company has initiated the placement with the third-party account holder, Client is entitled to a full refund of amounts paid. Once a placement has been initiated with a third-party account holder, amounts paid may become non-refundable depending on the third party's own policies; Company will communicate refund eligibility to Client in writing before finalizing any placement.

Section 6: Independent Contractor Relationship

The relationship between Client and Company is that of independent parties. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or fiduciary relationship. Neither party has authority to bind the other except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

Section 7: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Company and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the performance of services under this Agreement. Company's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by Client to Company under this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights or protections provided to Client under applicable federal or state consumer protection law.

Section 8: Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties before either party pursues other available remedies.

Section 9: Entire Agreement & Severability

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between Client and Company regarding the services described above and replaces all prior discussions or proposals relating to those services. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.

Section 10: Electronic Signature Agreement

This Agreement may be executed electronically. Client acknowledges that an electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. By signing electronically, Client confirms that Client has read, understands, and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

Section 11: Client Right to Cancel

Client may cancel this Agreement without penalty within three (3) business days after signing, provided Company has not yet begun substantive work or made a third-party placement on Client's behalf. Any payment received during that window will be refunded within ten (10) days of Company receiving the cancellation notice.
